D2C collaborated with Pattern Brands, a family of brands including GIR, Letterfolk, Open Spaces, Yield, Poketo, and Onsen. Their philosophy revolves around the home as the foundation of daily life, offering beautifully designed products to transform routines into meaningful rituals.

Our goal was to encapsulate this distinct brand essence and ensure that each ad could stand alone, yet still resonate within the context of Pattern Brands' campaigns.

CHALLENGE
Our team set out to craft unique ads for Pattern Brands that could resonate on their own yet align seamlessly with the larger campaigns.

We had to ensure each ad - static, video, animated statics, or user-generated content - embodied the brand's values and captured the unique brand identity.
OUR APPROACH
We aimed to craft ads that were not just visually appealing, but also told a story - the story of how Pattern Brands' products could enhance the enjoyment of everyday life at home. Our understanding of the brand’s philosophy and mission guided the creation of each ad.

This approach was applied across all formats, ensuring a cohesive yet distinct narrative that resonated with the target audience and added value to the larger campaign.

We focused on creating standalone ads that not only resonated with the brand's ethos but also stood out within the larger campaign.

Whether the ads were static, video, animated, or user-generated content (UGC), we made sure they communicated the comfort, joy, and functionality of home life that Pattern Brands embodies.
ART DIRECTION
Using a soft, neutral color palette with pops of color strategically placed to accentuate key messages, we aimed to craft a distinct visual aesthetic aligned with the brand's values and campaign look and feel.

Visual elements echoed the brand's commitment to enhancing the home experience.
CURATING MEDIA CONTENT
Our goal was to select and curate media content that amplified the brand's message.

We showcased user-generated content reflecting real-life product use and designed animated statics capturing the brand's philosophy.

Each ad told a mini-story reflecting the brand's values and mission.
COPYWRITING
Our copywriting strategy crafted engaging hooks and captions echoing the brand's messaging.

Each ad's copy tailored a story highlighting how Pattern Brands' products enrich the domestic experience, capturing attention and sparking interest in the brand.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
We produced video ads that, while aligning with the overarching campaign, stood out due to their engaging narrative and visual appeal.

These videos highlighted the practicality and aesthetics of Pattern Brands' products.
ANIMATION AND MOTION DESIGN
Our motion design approach created dynamic animations for individual ads.

Eye-catching and complementary to the brand's aesthetic, the animations brought the brand's vision of a fulfilling home experience to life.
ADS DESIGN
For each individual ad, we crafted designs that resonated with the audience, and fit seamlessly within the overall brand aesthetic and the larger campaign - effectively communicating the unique selling proposition of Pattern Brands.
