ChALLENGE
The PDPs looked refined, but conversion took a back seat to aesthetics. Features were buried, comparisons weren’t easy, and reviews sat at the bottom like most standard pages. That made it harder for customers to reach a decision.
Our challenge was to keep the clean look while reorganizing content into a stronger story and a smoother path to purchase.
OUR APPROACH
We treated the PDP as both a sales tool and a brand touchpoint. Our team analyzed the existing flow, identified friction points, and developed a strategy to keep Monos’s premium feel while reorganizing the experience around conversion.

CONVERSION ANALYSIS
We broke down the original PDP to identify gaps. Features and product differentiators weren’t visible enough, comparisons weren’t easy to make, and social proof wasn’t fully leveraged. This gave us a roadmap for which sections to elevate and how to reorganize content to better support purchase decisions.
OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY
Our strategy was to surface the right details at the right time. Icons and concise copy highlighted benefits without overwhelming the page. Specs and compatibility were clarified through visuals. Reviews and reassurance were placed higher up, so trust became part of the decision earlier in the journey.
PDP DESIGN
We brought the strategy to life with a design that feels both premium and easy to shop. The buy box was reworked to simplify choices and position supporting details where they mattered most. Features were given space to be explored in a more engaging way, and reviews were pulled forward with stronger visual presence. Together, these updates made the PDP clearer, more persuasive, and still unmistakably Monos.
WEB DEVELOPMENT
We built the PDP with modular front-end components so the design stayed flexible and clean. Expandable specs and toggles kept details accessible without crowding the layout. The build was optimized for speed and responsiveness, delivering a seamless experience across devices.
SHOPIFY DEVELOPMENT
On the backend, we structured the PDP in Shopify Plus for scalability. The Monos team could edit content, manage reviews, and launch new products without heavy dev work. This setup made the page easy to maintain, expandable across the full catalog, and ready for future campaigns.
